2.Government of India has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) equivalent to US$ 60 million (4133-IN)/37 million (5159-IN) towards the cost of MHWDP/Additions Financing for Mid Himalayan Watershed Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
3.The Mid Himalayan Watershed Development Project in HP is being implemented by HP Natural Resource Management Society, which is an autonomous society registered under the Societies Registration Act.
4.Copy of lay out drawings of work, structural details, technical specifications and draft agreement deed can be collected from the office WDC Rampur for assisting you in the preparation of your quotation.
5.You are requested to provide your offer latest by 2:30 hrs. on13-02-2015 at office of WDC Rampur.
6.You are requested to quote/provide bank account details along with required codes for electronically transfer of funds after effective completion of contract.
7.Quotations will be opened on the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 PM on 13-02-2015 in the office of WDC Rampur.
