Thank you for your interest to book our facilities (no casual booking).
We cannot confirm your booking until:
Hire fee (including GST) is received;
Bond is paid ($100) & deposit for the key ($20) – both refundable
Insurance Certificate of Currency for your Public Liability (see our terms and conditions on page 2)

Terms and conditions (Public liability insurance):
r The Hirer MUST have a “Public Liability Insurance” of at least $5,000,000.
PLEASE NOTE:
· No alcohol or smoking on the grounds (inside or outside)
· The cost of any damages or losses will be covered by you (the responsible person who signs below).
· You must only use the facility or areas indicated for your stated purpose.
· Hire may be cancelled due to emergency need of the church facilities, e.g. for a funeral.
· Bond is $100, Key deposit is $20. Both are refundable

Hiring Responsibilities (Please print and keep –check list)
After use of the hall:
Leave the hall the way you found it by making sure:
r Replacing anything you removed
r Chairs are stacked in the designated area
r Tables are returned in the designated area
r Windows are closed
r Floor is vacuumed
r Air conditioners turned off – All lights including toilets lights turned off
r Any stains / Damage to report?

After use of the kitchen:
r Wipe down kitchen benches and any other surfaces that were used
r Put away crockery, cutlery and any other items used
r Sweep and mop the floor (if required)
r Place garbage in the outdoor bins (located outdoors to the left of the rear kitchen exit) and put a replacement liner in the bins provided
After use of the PA and data projector:
r Turn off sound equipment and other as per instructions on the sound desk
r Turn off switch on the wall to the right of the sound desk
r Replace cover
After use of the stage:
r Replace all equipment that was originally there
r Vacuum the floor
r Close and lock the folding doors
After use of the upstairs rooms:
r Wash up and leave small kitchen and sink tidy
r Replace all equipment that was used and moved
r Vacuum the floor
r Turn off Air Condition / lights and close and lock all doors

1. / Hall & Stage / $35/hr + GST = $38.50
2. / Modern Kitchen – Full facilities / $10/hr + GST = $11.00
3. / Modern Crèche plus toys / $20/hr + GST = $22.00
4. / (2) Fenced Playground areas outdoor / $25/hr + GST = $27.50
5. / Meeting Room 1 (upstairs) / $25/hr + GST= $27.50
