White Glove Checklist

Living Room/Hall (Name______)
□ Vacuum floor in living room (under furniture), hall, and closet—use vacuum crevice tool
□ Remove all decorations and additional furniture belonging to non-returning tenants
□ Take down light covers, clean, and replace all burnt out light bulbs
□ Vacuum ceiling air vent in hall by back bathroom using hose
□ Wash ALL walls
□ Dust and clean all floor boards
□ Dust and clean each door and casing facing the hall (especially furnace closet doors)
□ Clean up carpet spots with a rag dipped in mild soapy water
□ Dust TV, DVD Player, and TV stand
□ Wash front door (both sides)
□ Move all furniture to its original location
□ Clean and disinfect garbage can
□ Vacuum outside hallway near apartment door and wash walls/floorboards
□ *Downstairs coat closet only—clean floor, walls, shelves, and rod.
Kitchen #1 (Name______)
□ Clean outside and top of fridge
□ Clean backsplash and countertops
□ Clean drawers and cupboards inside, out, and top—you must remove food to do this
□ Clean range hood above stove—don’t forget underneath near the light.
□ Remove all food not belonging to returning tenants.
□ Scrub and wipe down freezer/fridge inside—fridge racks, drawers, behind drawers, shelves, compartments must all be cleaned
□ Vacuum the fridge back grill—you must pull it away from the wall to do this
□ Sweep and mop underneath fridge
□ Clean dishwasher inside and out—wipe the rubber seal too
□ Super shine the sink and faucet
Kitchen #2 (Name______)
□ Clean stovetop—this means no burnt residue, rings, or greasy smears
□ Clean oven inside and out, including racks
□ Clean oven drawer—remove all pans and clean out all crumbs
□ Pull out stove and clean floor underneath (sweep, mop, scrub)
□ Clean microwave inside and out, including cord and underneath
□ Sweep and mop floor—clean edges and floor boards
□ Wash walls
□ Take down light covers, clean, and replace all burnt out light bulbs
□ Wash table and chairs on top, underneath, and legs
□ Clean and disinfect trash can
□ Empty the garbage
Half Bathroom/Vanity (Name______)

□ Vacuum and wipe down ceiling exhaust fan to remove all lint
