· You must have a photo ID or a Jail Photo Printout
· Call Daily after 7:00 a.m. (622-6612)
· Test on your assigned color (Red, Orange, Yellow, Tan, Lime Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Bronze, White, Silver, Teal, Copper, Magenta or Rainbow)
· Drug Tests cost $14.00 per test.
· Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 7a.m. to 7 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Supervision

The number of times per week you must appear in court varies with each Phase of the program -
Phase 1 - Appear in court weekly
Phase 2 - Appear in court bi-weekly.
Phase 3 - Appear in court every 3 weeks.
Phase 4/Phase 5 - Appear in court once a month.
Alcohol Monitoring Information
Sobrieter
If you are in DUI Court or have been told you must have a sobrietor, you must contact Court Services, no later than Friday of this week. Contact Court Services at
596-5795, Room B-3, Tulsa County Courthouse.
SCRAM - Alcohol Monitoring
Contact CAM (Continuous Alcohol Monitoring) at 382-9441. You must contact them TODAY!
· You will go to CAM (Continuous Alcohol Monitoring) 201 W.5th Street, Suite 570 to get the SCRAM hooked up.
· There is a $125 up front fee which includes a $50.00 Hook-up fee.
· The unit is $11.00 a day. You will set up a payment plan.

Call Your Treatment Provider Today!
Clearly tell your Treatment Provider that you are a referral from Drug/DUI or Veterans Treatment Court. Each treatment agency charges a per-hour co-payment for their services. At your intake meeting, your treatment agency will advise you of the treatment costs.

Bring your Signature Sheet to every court appearance.
Phase 1 – Discussion of Community Support Requirements
Phase 2 – Two (2) meetings per week. [1 Drug Court support group and 1 H&I]
Phase 3 – Three (3) meetings per week. [2 Community Support and 1 H&I]
Phase 4 – Three (3) meetings per week, sponsor and Home Group
Phase 5 – Three (3) meetings per week, support and/or mentoring
Over-The-Counter & Prescription Medications
You are not allowed to take any medication (not even over-the-counter medication) without permission from the Drug/DUI and/or Veterans Treatment Court Coordinator. **The only exception to this rule is you are allowed to take Over-The-Counter Medications listed on the “Approved List”. (See the green sheets in your Orientation Folder.) If you seek medical attention at any time, whether dental, emergency, or routine (such as a sore throat), you must take a medical form with you for signature by the physician. Copies of this medical form must be turned in to your probation officer and treatment counselor at your next appointment. You must also provide a copy of this medical form to the court (coordinator) at your next court appearance.
Driving
You are NOT allowed to drive unless you have a valid driver’s license. In DUI Court, if you have a valid license, you are required to have an ignition interlock device on any automobile you drive, including work vehicles.
Curfew
You have a mandatory 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. curfew regardless of where you live. You must be at your residence during these hours. You must obtain permission from Probation for any extension or change of these curfew times in advance. Travel outside of Tulsa County must also be approved by Probation in advance of the travel. Probation will make unannounced, surprise visits to your residence during curfew restricted hours!
Jobs
You must have a job while in Drug or DUI court. You cannot promote until you are working. If you are currently unemployed, you have two (2) weeks to find a job or community service may be assigned weekly. Proof of your job must be provided to Probation. If you are unemployed, you will be required to attend daily 12-Step Meetings until you become employed again.
Fees
You must make weekly payments during Phase 1 to both Treatment and for your Sobrieter. You may work 8 hours of community service per week to pay for the sobrieter costs. Probation is $40.00 per month, due each month. The Drug/DUI Court fee is $200.00.
Withdrawal
You have 10 days to withdraw from Drug of DUI Court without any penalty. If you choose to withdraw under the statutory time frame, you will be placed back on the appropriate criminal docket.
