The Herpes More Than Skin Deep Symposium was held November 7, 2005, chaired by Dr. Graham Tipples. The ½ day Symposium began with opening remarks from Dr. Graham Tipples, followed by the plenary sessions which consisted of lectures from out of province keynote speakers listed below, as well as, Drs. Fred Aoki and Alberto Severini, (University of Manitoba); closing comments from Dr. Joanne Embree. The symposium was an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
