All Finalists are requested to fill out the respective template form for their category for more efficient comparison and effective judging. Please submit your completed report through the Online Submission Portal by Friday, 6th January 2017.

Finalists will be evaluated based upon their excellence in managing and matching the business interests of the organisation to its workforce’s needs, skills, relevance and overall effectiveness along with the successful implementation of new strategies & initiatives.

Specific areas of evaluation and award judging criteria include:
