Mario J. Vieira Joins Fletcher Thompson as Principal
of Healthcare Architecture
Boston, MA, September 22, 2009- Fletcher Thompson, a leading architectural, engineering, and interior design firm, has announced the addition of Mario J. Vieira, AIA as Principal of Healthcare Architecture. Mr. Vieira will also be involved in marketing and business development for the firm’s expanding Healthcare Practice Group.

Mr. Vieira’s extensive experience in the architectural field includes the entire range healthcare facilitiesand medical office buildings. Through this broad range of project types, he has developed an exceptional ability to lead all architectural and engineering aspects of planning, design, and construction phases of a project. Mr. Vieira has been involved in numerous complex healthcare projects including the design and construction of Cape Cod Hospital Mugar Tower and the John T. O’Connell Tower at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, one of the largest and most significant expansions in its history.
