ENTRY INFORMATION:
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR EXHIBITOR CARD WITH YOU AT THE DROP OFF AND PICKUP OF YOUR EXHIBIT
1. An exhibitor must be a current exhibitor of the Belleville Agricultural Society. The annual exhibitor fee is $5.00 for adult classes and $2.00 for Junior’s (16 years and under).
2. All exhibits must be done between September 2016 and August 2017.
3. All work must be framed and have proper materials for hanging.
4. All paints must be thoroughly dry.
5. ONE entry per class
6. Paint by number sets or prints not accepted.
7. All exhibitors must present their exhibitor cards before removing exhibits. If unable to pick up exhibits, please authorize and identify a person for pickup.
8. Juniors must be 16 years of age and under. If entering in other classes the fee of $5.00 must be paid. Please decide which class to enter (Intermediate or Advanced but not both)
9. NOTE: Please do not enter work still in your sketch books. Try to remove and mount on a back to sit in our small easels.
10. Prizes may be subject to change as we receive donations from local businesses, organizations and artists.
11. Entries will be taken Wednesday August 30th from 5PM to 8 PM
12. Judging will begin Thursday August 31st at 10 AM
