through dedication to continuing education. We are committed to providing our clients sound professional advice, and we do so by continuously staying apprised of the industry’s ever-changing laws, best practices, and standards.

Cardinal Management Group, Inc., offers its employees a tuition reimbursement program and encourages completion of PDMP courses offered by CAI. Our managers are strongly encouraged to follow the PCAM track. Our in-house training, provided by industry leaders, to include auditors, attorneys,

engineers, fire marshals, and much more, has given our managers the confidence and information they need to guide our clients.

Our success is not simply attributed to our managers or staff, but also to our boards of directors. We believe an educated board is an effective board, so we encourage our clients to attend training sessions offered by their local chapter of CAI and offer in-house training by our Executive Team and other professionals. By way of networking through our education opportunities and experiences, we have developed a strong team of professionals and clients.

This is borne out by the fact that Cardinal clients took home the prestigious award of “Community of the Year” from WMCCAI in three of the five available categories awarded in 2013 and two of five categories in 2014, adding to Cardinal’s growing list of winners from previous years, and we are already busy assisting our boards in gearing up for the 2015 awards.
