3.  A male age about 32 year, height 5’8” whitish complexion, long face, and wearing sky blue T-Shirt found on 31.7.2012.

4.  A male age about 55-60 year, height 5’8” shallow complexion, round face, thin built and wearing brown color T-Shirt and black color pant found on 31.7.2012.

ABSCONDING DESPERATE MURDERER IN BRUTAL MURDER CASE AND PROCLAIMED BURGLAR ARRESTED

The officials of North District have arrested one desperate Burglar/Murderer namely Md. Khairul @ Armaan S/o Md. Abdul R/o Vegabond Jakhira permanent address Vill. Chandni Mahal, PS Digolia, Distt. Khulna, Bangladesh. One I-Phone Mobile, one Titan Watch and Rs. 12000/- were recovered from his possession.

INCIDENT AND TEAM

An information was received on 20.10.11 by the officials of PS Bharat Nagar, Delhi regarding a decomposed dead body, which was later identified as Abdul Sattar S/o Mohd. Mohsin R/o E-70, J.J. Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi. A case vide FIR No. 214/11 u/s 302 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up by the local police. It came to light that deceased Abdul Sattar used to live with Mohd. Khairul who was last seen at the spot and found absconding with his family. Md. Sattar was the prime suspect and he was absconding. It was suspected that the murder was outcome of illicit relation between Sattar and Khairul’s wife namely Parveen. Case remained unsolved for a long period due to absconding of accused.

On 01-8-12 a secret information was received at AATS/North, Delhi that a person namely Mohd. Khairul, who is an active burglar and has committed a number of burglaries/ theft/robberies in Delhi and who had recently committed house theft in the area of Tri Nagar and declared PO in a case of PS Rohini would come at the “theka” of Gupta Market, Inderlok between 5 pm and 7 pm. On receipt of this information, a raiding party under the leadership of Insp. Shalender Tomar, Insp.AATS/North consisting of SI Ravindra Singh, ASI Rajender Prasad, HC Mahesh, HC Satish Patil, HC Rajesh, Ct. Amit, Ct. Parveen and Ct. Ansar Khan was constituted under the supervision of Sh R.K.Singh, ACP/Operations. The team took their positions near Gupta Complex. At around 6:10 pm one person was noticed approaching from Jakhira side and on the instance of informer the dedicated raiding party caught hold of 1 person namely Md. Khairul @ Armaan S/o Md. Abdul R/o Vegabond Jakhira permanent address Vill. Chandni Mahal, PS Digolia, Distt. Khulna, Bangladesh. When his search was made one I-Phone, Rs 12000/- and one Titan watch was recovered from his possession. On interrogation, he revealed that he had stolen this items and cash from a house on 31-7-12 from the area of Tri Nagar. On enquiry it found that the said items and cash are the stolen property of case FIR No. 212/12 u/s 380 IPC, PS Keshav Puram, Delhi. Subsequently, he was arrested u/s 41.1(c) & (d) CrPC PS Sarai Rohilla.

INTERROGATION

On interrogation, it has come out that accused Md Khairul is from Bangladesh and came to Delhi, India illegally through Indo-Bangladesh Border in 1997 in search of work. Mohd. Khairul became a team member of natourious Munir gang of night house burglars and committed a no. of burglary. He is addicted to Smack and consumes smack of Rs.600/- daily. Firstly, he was arrested in 2003 when he and his friend were planning to commit a dacoity. He remained 27 months in Jail and after coming out he again started committing crime. He was also declared P.O. in the said case of 2003. During sustained interrogation he revealed that during his stay in Delhi he met with one person namely Sattar. Soon they became very close friends. Khairul also a big amount from Sattar. Sattar was handsome and attractive and wife of Khairul namely Parveen developed intimacy with him. They entered into illicit sexual relationship. When it came into the notice of Khairul that Sattar had illicit relationship with his wife, he decided to take revenge on Sattar and planned to kill him. On 17-10-2011, he invited Sattar for a party. He compelled Sattar to consume liquor when he became full intoxicated, Khairul attacked him from behind a sharp edged weapon. Sattar became unconscious, Khairul strangulated him and made number of stab wounds to kill him. He, alongwith his family, fled away from Delhi the same night to Bangladesh to escape from police.

Khairul further revealed that he remained in Bangladesh after committing the murder till June 2012. Due to shortage of money and on presumption that the police might have closed the murder case of Sattar by now, he came to Delhi. He committed road robberies and night burglaries initially alone and then with some minor inmates of Bangladesh who met him through his old associates. On 31-7-12 at night he entered the house of a Doctor at Tri Nagar, Delhi and stole 5 mobiles and Rs 19,000/- cash from the house.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED

Mohd. Khairul @ Armaan is a citizen of Bangladesh. He is from a poor family due to which he remained illiterate. He came to Delhi, in 1997 in search of work to earn money. He got married to a Bangladeshi girl Parveen in 2002. Initially, he worked as a labourer in several places in Delhi, but was unable to earn sufficient money. He came in contact with Md. Munir, Bachu and Babu who are active Bangladeshi burglars. He joined the gang and committed a number of house burglary. Like other Bangladeshi criminals he also used to send his money through Bangladeshi money carrier (Dalal), which he received from criminal act. He became addicted to smack and used to consume smack worth Rs. 1000/- daily.

AUTO LIFTER ARRESTED

The staff of PS Nangloi, West District has arrested one notorious autolifter namely Deepak Dahiya @ Rajesh in case FIR No. 193/12 U/S 379/411 IPC PS-Nangloi.

Deepak Dahiya @ Rajesh S/o Sh. Late Sh. Narian Singh R/o Village Bakkarwala, P.S Mundka, Delhi. Age-24 Years, Education-8th Pass.

RECOVERY MADE

1.  TVS Victor motorcycle No.DL-4-S-AS-6300 stolen from P.S Nangloi vide FIR No 193/12 U/S 379 IPC.

2.  Honda Unicorn motorcycle No.DL-8-S-AE- 5744 stolen from P.S Nangloi vide FIR No. 172/12 U/s 379 IPC.

3.  TVS Apache motorcycle No.DL-8-S-AP-5565 stolen from P.S Nihal Vihar vide FIR No. 119/12 U/S 379 IPC.

INFORMATION/OPERATION

On 2-8-2012, HC Sudeh Kumar, HC Bhawnesh, Const. Raju Palwe and Const Sukhbir were detailed for special anti snatching picket duty at 40 foota road, Rajdhani park, Nangloi in connection with Raksha Bandhan festival. At about 9-30 AM, one motor cycle bearing no. DL-4-S-AS-6300 TVS Victor was stopped at picket for checking. On checking this motor cycle was found to be stolen from P.S Nangloi vide case FIR No. 193/12 U/s 379 IPC. The accused was identified as Deepak Dahiya@ Rajesh S/O Sh. Late Sh. Narian Singh R/O Village Bakkarwala P.S Mundka Delhi.

INTERROGATION

During sustained interrogation accused Deepak Dahiya @ Rajesh disclosed that he has stolen two other bikes one from P.S Nihal Vihar and another from P.S Nangloi and the same was hidden by him at JJ colony Bakkarwala near Sulabh Toilet. On the instance of accused Deepak these motor cycles were recovered.

Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

GANG OF AUTO LIFTERS BUSTED : THREE ACCUSED ARRESTED

10 CASES OF M.V. THEFT WORKED OUT

ELEVEN STOLEN MOTORCYCLES / SCOOTERS RECOVERED

With the arrest of three auto lifters namely Manish Jha S/o Bacchu R/o H. No. 1060, K-2nd, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi and Uday S/o Prem Singh R/o Village Singhania, P.S. Garhi Bajana Ka Kot, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan and Deen Dayal S/o Veerpal R/o H. No. 392, Devli, New Delhi, staff of PS Neb Sarai, South District has recovered eleven stolen motor cycles / scooters and worked out 10 cases of M.V. theft.

BRIEF FACTS :

On 01.08.12, a police team of PS Neb Sarai was conducting checking of vehicles at Bandh Road. During checking, the police party signaled two persons to stop for checking, who were coming on a motor cycle, bearing Regn. No. DL-7SAB-8850. Instead of stopping the bike, the rider accelerated the speed and tried to flee away. But the police party acted swiftly and overpowered them. During enquiry, they were identified as Manish Jha and Uday. They were asked to produce the documents of the motorcycle but they could not produce any document. On verification, the said motor cycle was found to be stolen from the area of Sangam Vihar and in this regard, a case vide FIR No. 305/12 PS Sangam Vihar was found to be registered. Accordingly, the motor cycle was seized and both accused were put on sustained interrogation.

INTERROGATION :

During interrogation, a team comprising SI Manmeet, SI Parvesh Lamba, ASI Suresh, HC Shyam Lal No. 107/SD, HC Fateh Singh No. 15/SD, HC Rama Krishana No. 505/SD, Ct Vikas No. 2181 /SD, Ct Jai Kumar No. 2888/SD, Ct. Lakha Ram No. 1027/SD, Ct Umesh 1726/SD, Ct. Pardeep No. 1128/SD, Ct. Vikas No. 1199/SD, Ct. Kapil No. 1915/SD was formed under the leadership of Inspr. Jarnail Singh, SHO/Neb Sarai to recover more stolen vehicles and to arrest their associates. At the instance of both accused, 7 more stolen motor cycles were recovered from different places in Delhi and Rajasthan. During interrogation, accused persons disclosed the name of their associate as Deen Dayal S/o Birpal R/o H. No. 392, Village Devli, New Delhi. A raid was conducted at the house of accused Deen Dayal and he was arrested. At his instance, 3 stolen motor cycles were recovered.

MODUS OPERANDI :

The modus operandi of the gang is that accused Uday used to procure master key from one Kallah r/o District Bharatpur, Rajasthan, who is friend of his elder brother Mahavir. They used to roam in the residential areas of South Delhi during night and with the help of master key, they would steal only one motor cycle. After that at about 5.30 AM, they would leave for District Bharatpur, Rajasthan as the night patrolling by the police staff either over or minimized at this time. At about 11 AM, they would reached in District Bharatpur, Rajasthan and would dispose off the stolen motor cycle to one Mahavir (elder brother of accused Uday) for Rs. 3,000/-.

Mahavir was convicted for 7 years imprisonment in an attempt to murder case and presently running in Bharatpur Jail. Kallah who used to provide master key to accused persons is also a desperate criminal and presently running in Bharatpur Jail in cases of attempt to murder, robbery and murder. Further investigation is on to apprehend their other associates and recovery of more stolen vehicles.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS :

1.  Manish Jha (19 years) s/o Bacchu R/o H. No. 1060, K-2nd, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi is a school dropout. He is unmarried. He originally belongs to District Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He left his schooling and started working as a motor cycle mechanic in Sangam Vihar. Accused Manish Jha also commits pick pocketing in Mandor Express in association with minor children. He was arrested by the staff of GRP and a case vide FIR No. 137/12 u/s 4/25 Arms Act was registered against him. In this case, he was convicted and awarded 3 months imprisonment and was recently released from the jail.

2.  Uday (21 years) S/o Prem Singh R/o Village Singhania, P.S. Garhi Bajana Ka Kot, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan is a school dropout. He is unmarried. He left his schooling and started working as driver in stone mines in District Bharatpur, Rajasthan. His brother namely Mahabir has hold in Bharatpur and at present he is in Bharatpur Jail.

3.  Deen Dayal S/o Veer Pal R/o H. No. 392, Devli, New Delhi, staff of PS Neb Sarai is a school dropout. He is BC of PS Neb Sarai and previously involved in 10 cases of thefts and Arms Act of PSs Neb Sarai, Okhla, Sangam Vihar and Surajkund, Faridabad.
