The User ID is first name initial, last name spelled out and the last four digits of your social security number (example: jdoe1234). The temporary password is the last four digits of your social security number.

Responsible for the administration of Performance Evaluations and Merit Increases/Bonuses. Administers the random drug testing program. Serves as the HR Department’s Special Projects person. Assists in the open enrollment process. Approves job postings and closing packets when jobs are filled. Approves background check results. Responsible for HR Month End Reporting. Serves as back-up to other positions in HR and serves as back-up to the HR Director in her absence.

Reconciles gym membership billing. Handles the purchasing for HR’s office supplies. Processes employee retirement inquiries and applications. Handles retiree health insurance billing. Handles the onboarding process for new employees. Serves as the Safety Coordinator. Maintains I-9’s. Enters driver’s license in MUNIS. Serves as the back-up for exit interviews. Serves as the primary contact for benefits questions, issues, etc. Handles the benefits onboarding process for new employees and the administration of employee benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and voluntary benefits, etc. Oversees the new employee orientation process. Enters benefit deductions into MUNIS and on benefit sites. Handles name changes, address changes, and qualifying life events. Prepares letters for transfers of sick and vacation accruals to another governmental agency. Serves as the primary contact person for preparation of the open enrollment process and oversees the entire process. Administers FMLA, shared leave, and LWOP. Recruitment and selection to include applicant pre-screening. Serves as the county representative for external career fairs. Reconciles insurance billing statements and submits bills for payments.
