SUMMARY

I am a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Graduate Civil Engineer and recently awarded Master of Civil Engineering Degree in Project management and Construction. I have 15 years’ experience in Supervising, Planning, Monitoring and Controlling and Contracts administration of various types of construction projects such as Roads, Buildings, Resorts, hotels, Infrastructure and airports projectswith Leading MultinationalOrganizations.

Summary: At IPSO projectI joined the project as a member of the Project management Consultant Core Team, based in Riyadh. We monitored the Contractor works in three locations in Riyadh, Madinah and Dammam cities, the work in each location includes design, procurement and construction activities for various buildings and infrastructurework, the project is part from Ministry of interior modernization program. The total project cost is SAR one Billion.At the end of my employment period at IPSO project on Dec 2017 the company shifted me to the construction project of Ministry of interior head quarter in Jeddah.

Responsibilities:Review contractor baseline schedule and ensure that the schedule is satisfactory with the contract relevant conditions, project technical specifications andtender design drawings and ensure the total cost is loaded to activities based on the approved bill of quantities. Also I am responsible to review the contractor baseline schedule updates and report delays if any and corrective action if needed and ensure the availability of sufficient resources numbers to execute the schedule targeted progress. And review the contractor weekly and monthly progress reports and Prepare the monthly progress report to the client. Part of my responsibilities is to studycontractor’s claims and Extension of Time requests and make a fair determination for it considering all relevant contractual clauses. I am responsible for monitoring the contractor procurement activities and created a material tracking system in order to ensure material delivery in time. I also attend meetings with the client and the contractor for discussing the updated schedule and critical issues affecting the construction and engineering progress. I coordinate with site planners in order to validate the contractor schedules actual data andI periodically conduct site visits to verify the actual progress of works and identify critical issues.

Summary: I joined the project as a member of the Project Management Consultant CoreTeam, based in Riyadh.We monitoredthe construction of border road with a length of 1400 Km and more than 56 compounds and security centers in addition to the rear and front security fences.The total project cost was SAR 11.5 Billion.
