After-sales services

Commercial warranty (for lot 4 – item 30) / 2 years (after the end of 1 year standard warranty) in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 32 of the General Conditions and Article 33 of the Special Conditions.

in 2 lots at places of delivery as specified in ANNEX II + III: Technical Specifications + Technical Offer– Part II (Delivery list), and the Incoterm applicable shall be DDP[1]. The implementation period will last:

1.2 The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier (technical annex) and conform in all respects with the drawings, quantities, models, samples, measurements and other instructions.

1.3 Tenderers are not authorised to tender for a variant solution in addition to the present tender.
