Krista told a little history about herself and some of her favorite events, one being the Ugly Sweater Contest with proceeds going to purchase toys for Toys for Tots, she hopes to make it bigger and better each year. Krista also plans to be more hands on this year as far as YPN goes, possibly networking by region.

Passionate about networking and leadership, she stressed how very important RPAC is.

YPN Pledge – Looking for 1,000 YPN members to contribute, $10,000 over 10 years. Minimum $100.00 per year to pledge, ideally $1,000.00 year for 10 years but can contribute whatever can per year as long as the $10,000.00 commitment is met in 10 years.

Krista enlightened the group with some of her favorite apps.

Krista believes that every REALTOR should get onto www.realtor.org and claim their free .REALTOR domain.

Krista also praised the benefits of using RPR for comprehensive data, powerful reports and dynamic tools for every segment of the REALTOR® Industry.

RPR is a No-Cost member benefit created by NAR for the sole purpose of providing REALTORS® with the data they need.

When asked what the biggest strength for YPN is, Krista replied “in her opinion, the FB group”;

she also enjoys “appy” hour - meeting with other agents to network & share apps., etc.
