Conditions:

1. Please deposit the dues within due date and shall not be extendable. After expiry of fixed dates for deposit of Fee& Funds @ Rs. 50/- per day shall be charged as FINE up-to 10 working days. On the expiry of 10 working days the student will not be allowed to stay in Hostel. The admission of such student shall be suspended and the process of re-admission shall take place for which the fresh permission of the D.S.A. shall be required with re-admission fee/fine.

2. All fee & funds shall only be deposited in H.B.L. Main Branch Mirpur in University Treasury. No University employee is allowed to receive any kind of fee/fine fund etc. whatsoever in shape of cash in any University office.
