Task Description/Responsibilities:
The Network Analyst shall:
q Provides All-Source, Criminal, and Financial Analysis support to the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center.
q Performs continuous research, collection, predictive analysis, and multimedia production to support the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center.
q Fuse All-Source Intelligence and Law Enforcement Data into actionable intelligence products that support tactical and operational efforts.
q Provide support to Law Enforcement Agencies, DoD elements, Government interagency as well as foreign partners in conducting complex, multi-national, multi-faceted operations and investigations in conjunction with host-nation to counter Transnational Crime, Narcotics Trafficking, or Terrorism.
· Monitors and provides advice on CN, CT, CTF, and C-TOC.
· Develops/ provides briefings, reports, and position papers.
· Facilitates information sharing among GCCs, and other DoD agencies, LEA, IA, Partner Nations, and Public/Private Sector Partners
· Identifies and Analyzes plans and actions for CN, CT, CTF, and C-TOC
· Attends and/or supports meetings, briefings, coordination sessions, conferences, and forums regarding CN, CT, CTF, and C-TOC issues.
· Prepares intelligence documents
· Performs intelligence gathering using multiple sources such as HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT.
· Assists the Government/NTC in providing Formal and Informal Training specifically addressing the Law Enforcement regulatory and administrative aspects of CN, CTF, and C-TOC mission sets.
Minimum Qualifications: (US Citizenship Required)
Education:
q Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with eight (8) years of Intelligence Analysis experience, or,
q Specialized training and ten (10) years Intelligence Analysis experience, or
q Equivalent Intelligence/Academic experience, or
q Credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant intelligence field
Experience:
q Minimum eight (8) years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
q Demonstrated ability to communicate in English in both spoken and written form.
Security Clearance:
q Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance Required
q Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly Highly Desired
