CareCentrix Provider Training Notification: Claims 2.0 and BlueCard
Purpose of this communication
· To inform you that the CareCentrix online eLearning platform is now available to all providers in our network. On October 7th, all of the employees in your organization that work with CareCentrix will have on-demand access to training modules via the CareCentrix Learning Center online learning platform.
What do I need to do?
· Access our online training programs and complete the training no later than October 31st. The first series of courses focuses on best practices for submitting clean claims and the enhancements to our claims platform. This training is a critical component to preparing you for Claims 2.0 and the new BlueCard process.
· The CareCentrix Learning Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can take our training any time that meets your needs.
· Please review the FAQs below, and, if you have questions, please contact your Network Coordinator.

CareCentrix Provider Training Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Q1: Who from our company is eligible for access to the Learning Center?
A1: Anyone at your company that works with CareCentrix is welcome to complete the training.
Q2: How do you know who needs access to the Learning Center?
A2: We are using the email addresses for your current CareCentrix provider portal users to identify those who need access to our Learning Center.
Q3: What if we want to add more people to the Learning Center?
A3: Please send your Network Coordinator the first and last name and email for any new or additional members of your team who would like to access our Learning Center.
Q4: How do I log in to the Learning Center?
A4: Each member of your team will receive log in credentials and instructions on how to log in to our Learning Center.
Q5: What if I have questions after I take an eLearning training module?
A5: Please contact your Network Coordinator with any questions you may have about our training.
Q6: If we take the training but still want someone to walk us through the material, is that possible?
A6: Of course! The eLearning courses are designed to give you flexibility and options. If you need something more, your Network Coordinator will support you with live training.
Q7: How long will the training environment be open to my agency?
A7: Our Learning Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access training any time. We will be launching our first series of courses that pertain to clean claims requirements and technology enhancements on October 7th and ask that you complete your training by October 31st so that you are ready for the enhancements to “go live” on November 1st.
Q8: What should we do if we hire a new team member?
A8: If you have a new team member, please contact your Network Coordinator, and we will set them up to access our Learning Center.
Q9: Where can I find instructions for completing courses in the CareCentrix Learning Center?
A9: Instructions for accessing and completing courses in the CareCentrix Learning Center are available in the Education Center on the Provider Portal.
