Dear Prospective Meeting Sponsor,
Thank you for agreeing to be one of our 2017/2018 meeting sponsors. Our chapter appreciates your support.
Once you have confirmed the date of the meeting you would like to sponsor, please submit your meeting sponsor check to Tina Keenan, our Chapter Treasurer. Tina will forward a PAID INVOICE to confirm your payment was received. We need to receive your payment no later than one month before the program date that you are looking to sponsor. Please send with your payment the name and email address that you would like your paid confirmation sent to.
In addition, the chapter now includes a logo of your company on our website with your paid in full sponsorship. When sending your payment for the sponsorship, please also email your logo to our VP of Communications, Maria Stapperfenne. She will include your logo on our chapter website which will remain on the site for the remainder of this year. Please note that logos will not be added to website until payment in full for sponsorship is received.
As a Table Top Sponsor- you are entitled to receive One Free attendee ticket to the event on the night of your sponsorship. The cost for a Table Top Sponsor is $600.00. Quantity of Table Top sponsorships vary depending on the venue and speaker, as deemed by the VP of Programming.
As a Dual Sponsor you are entitled to receive One Free attendee ticket to the event on the night of your sponsorship. The cost for a Dual Sponsorship is $900.00. There will only be two Dual Sponsors for an event.
As a Full Sponsor you are entitled to receive Two Free attendee tickets to the event on the night of your sponsorship. The cost for a Full Sponsorship is $1800.00. There will only be one Full Sponsorship for an event.
Please note that Full Sponsorship can also include a company that wishes to host an event in their showroom and provide all rentals, food and beverages. It would be best to consult with our VPof Programming, Victoria Reczkowski, to verify that your showroom, menu, rentals, etc. will work to hold our events which generally welcome 65-100 people.
