Present: Teri Penn, Patrick Curtis, Mark Bendersky, Steve Teeter, M.E. Rider and Glenn Gibeaultwere in attendance. Elizabeth Irwin represented Snow’s Management.
Excused: Deborah Krebs and Chris Nolan were excused.
Call To Order:The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM.
Approval of Agenda:The agenda was approved after moving Alteration Requests in front of State Farm’s presentation.
Alteration Requests:
2256 Knoll Circle: Mark Bendersky moved to approve the request. Patrick Curtis seconded the motion and the motion carried.
2055 Cliffside Drive: Mark Bendersky moved to approve the request. M.E. Rider seconded the motion and the motion carried.
State Farm: Milt Tanora with State Farm had a question and answer session with the homeowners regarding the Association’s master policy.
Homeowners Forum:N/A
Minutes fromthe Previous Meeting: The July 15, 2014 meeting minutes were presented for review. M.E Rider moved to approve the minutes as presented. Patrick Curtis seconded the motion and the motion carried.
Reports:
Financials:Mark Bendersky presented the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for July 2014—reporting that the Association is showing a large income for 2014 because the insurance was switched to monthly payments.
New Business:
- Steve Teeter discusses Tree Removal: After a short discussion of the health of the trees the Board has decided to table any non-emergency tree removal until the Grounds Committee does an assessment in the spring of 2015.
- Glenn Gibeault resigned from the Board of Directors due to the health concerns.
Unfinished Business:
- Steve Teeter presents letter to Fire Department and new House Rules Draft (Tabled by the Board until more information is received and the letter is redrafted.)
- ME Rider presents finding from Snow Removal Survey
Newsletter Items: Street maintenance phone numbers for snow removal, Anchorage Assembly contacts, Driveway replacement,
Executive Session:The delinquency list was reviewed.
Next Meeting:The next meeting will be held on September 16, 2014.
Adjournment: With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:55PM.
