Call to order – Victoria DiBiase

Krista from Boston Pizza (April asked her to come in to give us information) - 3 main fundraising opportunities

1) Booster night - they give venue to host event - we sell tickets ($20 10 and 10). Works well because you know you are going to get half of the sales. Can add 50/50 draws, silent auctions or raffles. Some successful, some flops. Takes work to organize.

2) Celebrity servers - fun for students. They serve with BP servers. You get 10% all food sales between 5-8pm. They prefer a reservation sheet so kitchen isn’t overloaded. 15min - 30 mins. Ask for reservation list 3 days in advance. **Many times parents may go in and hope their kids will be serving them but this doesn’t always happen - please warn parents.

3) Lunch program - pizza and snack foods OR a BP mini menu. They get a drink and dessert as well. There is a kickback for the amount of sales. All foods are preordered. Pricing dependent on situation - would have to sit with manager to quote. 10 days’ notice required to prepare.

Also nice for classes and teachers…

Free tours - can make a pizza for lunch - one class at a time - 1 adult for every 8 children.

Awards and initiatives - would like to give free kids meals for teachers for awards in the classroom.

Any questions, please contact Krista or Chris Channing (GM) @ 705-429-8646
