Section 3 Prequalification Response Format

E-7 Environmental Remedial Support

Involves developing and overseeing the implementation of Hazardous Substance Feasibility Studies, Remedial Action Work Plans, Worker Health Safety Plans, and Hazardous Waste Management Plans, as well as preparing associated Department Contract Specifications in accordance with NJDEP NJAC 7:26E requirements as necessary to provide project specific discharges. Due to the potential for project specific costs, this work will most likely be provided through Project Specific or Term Agreement Contracts.

g)  Various feasible and effective Groundwater Remedial Technology applications and implementation.
1- NJDEP Case Study Training for LSRPs or equivalent
2- Geology and Groundwater or equivalent
3- Practical Applications in Hydrogeology or equivalent
4- Groundwater in Fractured bedrock or equivalent / 1 / 1.
Support Staff:
1)  BS in Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering; Environmental Sciences; Hydrogeology; or BS or BA in Geology
a)  w/ 5 years experience in hazardous substance soil and groundwater Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) and Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) development and its implementation
2)  Mandatory Training and Certificates (copies of current training certificates must be submitted for all staff):
a)  Valid 40-hour OSHA Health & Safety training
b)  Current Annual 8-hour Refresher training
3)  Recommended Training Courses or equivalent with copies of certificates submitted:
a)  Hazardous Waste Management
b)  Environmental Site Assessments
c)  Ecological and Receptors Evaluation
