場務管理 = 驅趕場邊非工作人員﹐非比賽球員之人士，REFRESH比場場地及盡量清理比賽場地。

請所有2:00pm or 之前當更的helper,必須在9:00am 幫助set up 場地.

· All spectators should remain in spectator stand.
· There will be 2 coaches and 2 spectator passes given to each team. Each team will consist of 20 players only, who will be given a players sticker for each of matches they play. In order to do so, team coach/captain will need to complete the “game player registration”, indicating which 20 of their registered players will participate in which of the pool/semi/final matches. The reason why we need to do so is because there are a few institutions with more than 20 registries players.
Once this form is handed into the check point stands (either A or B), check point officials will need to see the original student ID card of each player participating in the specific match indicated on the “game player registration” form handed in by each team coach/captain. Once all information is correct, players will be given a players sticker that will allow them onto the pitch.
Each team should report to the check point at least 10 min before their match.
All persons without a pass will not be allowed onto the pitch.
NOTE: Team on left hand side of pool schedule will always play left to right.
