PSEA GC contracts to pay each golf course green fees for every player registered. Members canceling out of a tournament should notify the Tournament Director as soon as possible. Members may receive a refund from the PSEA GC if the golf course allows for cancellations and gives PSEA a refund. Members should make every effort to find a substitute player before canceling.
I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the PSEA GC and elect to participate at my own risk, and, in consideration for being allowed to participate, do hereby release and discharge the Pacific Service Employees Association and PG&E, together with the assignees, officers, agents, employees and officials of any or all of them and their successors from any and all liability (including that resulting from negligence) for personal injuries (including death) that may be received by me and from all claims and demands for damages to my personal property growing out of or resulting from the events contemplated, except to the extent the same is caused by the willful misconduct or active negligence of the foregoing.
