Job Responsibilities:

·  Various MIS reports like,

-  Monthly, yearly profitability report, analysis and comparison with previous years.

-  Daily & Monthly Bank Position.

-  Daily profit center wise sales report for all the outlets with graphical presentation.

-  Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly Sales & Purchase data comparison between actual vs. budget vs. previous years with graphical presentation.

-  Complimentary & Discounts report for every week with comparison between actual vs. budget vs. previous years with graphical presentation.

-  Void & cancellation transaction report on weekly basis with graphical presentation.

-  Sales per head, Admission & Income report on daily basis with comparison between actual vs. budget vs. previous years with graphical presentation.

-  Peak hour’s sales target on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

-  Day wise sales report & analysis with graphical presentation. (Sun, Mon….)

-  Event profitability and analysis.

-  Several time team lead to organize events.

-  Some more reports as require by the management.

·  Verifying daily cash & credit card collections with sales details & applying required controls, And deposit of cash collection to the bank.

·  Reviewed aged Receivables & Payables prepared and submitted recommendations on write-off of bad debts to the Finance Manager.

·  Ensured invoice accuracy preparation and submitted to the appropriate agency by the fifteenth of each month.

·  Summarizing and booking of all overhead expenses.

·  Coordinate monthly payroll functions for 350+ employees, computing staff settlement and indemnity.

·  Reconciliation of bank statement.

·  Verify and prepare petty cash & reimbursements.

·  Assist Finance Manager to prepare Financial Statement & Budget forecasting.

·  Assist Finance Manager in Inventory valuation & computation of cost of sales, and cost controlling analysis.

·  Assist Finance Manager in preparing and maintaining the policies and procedures of Accounting Department.

WORK EXPERIENCE

·  Worked with Ajmera Cements PVT. LTD, Gujarat, INDIA as an Accountant from February, 2006 to December, 2007.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Record and maintains the financial transactions of the organizations under the instructions of Senior Accountant.

·  Examining and supervising cash reconciliation department.

·  Responsible for verifying deductions and processing payroll documents.

·  Maintain vendor files to ensure that payments are made accurately and timely.

·  Collections of monthly installments from debtors.

·  Handled the financial aspect of various client accounts.

·  Prepare customer invoices and reports to Sr. Accountant.

·  Coordinates with clients and provides services that meet their requirements.
