Sub:-Traffic blocks (2.00 hrs. disconnection + 2 hrs. block) in connection with provision

of 4 nos. point machine in place of K point in ROK yard and alteration in relay

room at ROK station on SSB-ROK-BTI section.

Ref:-Your Office message no. 325/CHG/DLI/2018 dated 29.01.18.

In reference to the above, the competent authority has sanctioned 4.00 hrstraffic block (i.e. 2.00 hrs. disconnection + 2 hrs. block) in connection with provision of 4 nos. point machine in place of K point in ROK yard and alteration in relay room at ROK station on SSB-ROK-BTI section.

The programme would be as under: -

03.02.18Saturday / Alteration in relay room & on panel at ROK station. Panel testing along with functional testing of field gears shall be done after completion of relay alteration work in relay room and alteration work on the panel / Entire Yard / 12.40-16.40 Hrs
After passing of 14520 DN / 4.00 Hrs

The Repercussions of block would be as under:-

Cancellation:

  1. Train no 14323 NDLS-ROK / 14324 ROK-NDLS Exp. JCO 03.02.18 will be cancelled. 14315 BE-NDLS will work as 14316 NDLS-BE (Already cancelled in fog up to 15.02.18).
  2. Train no 54031 DLI-JHI JCO 03.02.18 will be cancelled. ECR of 54424 BNW-ROK on arrival will be sent to JHI via SNP-GHNA-PPDE-JHI to work as 54043 JHI-HSR.
  3. Train no. 64911 NDLS-ROK / 64932 ROK-DLI MEMU JCO 03.02.18 will be cancelled. ECR of 64912 will go to DLI to work as 64931 DLI-ROK schedule departures 18.40 ex DLI.
  4. Train no. 54006 JHI-ROK/54013 ROK-BNW/54018 BNW-ROK JCO 03.02.18 passenger will be cancelled. ECR of 54006 will go to ROK to work 54020 ROK-RE after completion of block.
  5. Train no. 54025 ROK-PNP / 54026 PNP-ROK JCO 03.02.18 pass will be cancelled.

Diversion:

  1. Train no 12481 DLI-SGNR JCO 03.02.2018 will be diverted via DLI-PNP-JHI.
  2. Train no 19023 BCT-FZR JCO 02.02.2018 will be diverted via NDLS-PNP-JHI.

Partially cancellation:

  1. Train no. 64915 DLI-ROK EMU JCO 03.02.18 will be short terminated at ABO. Link Train no. 64914 ROK-DLI JCO 03.02.18 will be short originated ex-ABO. Train no. 64915/64914 will be partially cancelled between ABO-ROK-ABO.
  2. Train no. 54008 JHI-ROK JCO 03.02.18 will be short terminated at GHNA. ECR will go to ROK after completion of block to work 54015. Train no. 54008 will be partially cancelled between GHNA-ROK.

Other repercussions of block would be as under:

  1. Special train or late running train, if any, will be regulated accordingly.
  2. During the block period goods trains ex-BKN division at ROK point will be regulated. UP goods trains to BKN at ROK point will be diverted towards Rewari.

Advise all concerned accordingly. Wide publicity should be given through PA system also for the information of general public must be ensured regarding cancellation/partial cancellation / rescheduling / regulation of trains. Ensure that all safety measures / precautions are taken during the block.
