Contract between Mosaic.net and Workshop Participant for the PM&E Workshop

Because I want to fully experience this workshop I am aware of and fully committed to residing with the team during the community assignment in Ottawa, Canada for the Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop. I understand that reservations will be made by Mosaic.net and paid by the participant. (Average cost is $60.00 per night per person for shared accommodations.)

Registration Fees:
Please note that we expect a full workshop so to avoid disappointment, do not procrastinate. To guarantee your space, make a deposit of $ USD 350.00 as soon as possible. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the workshop!
- UN, international institutions, and Government: USD $1995
- International NGOs, academics, private sector: USD $1695
- Local NGOs and private sector, full time students from the North: USD $1150
(must provide proof of full-time student status)
- Full time Students from the South: USD $845.00 (must provide proof of full time student status)
**The workshop fee includes: Accommodations for 6 days and meals from Sunday afternoon-Saturday except during the community assignment, a binder of tools and resource materials, snacks and coffee.

To avoid disappointment, we urge you not to procrastinate. The workshops fill up quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unavailable to attend, a full and prompt refund, less $350.00 (administrative charge) will be made for cancellations received in writing two weeks in advance. Should you cancel within two weeks of the workshop; a charge of $350.00 will apply. Cancellations receives one week prior to the workshop are forfeited. There is a $75 wire transfer fee on all reimbursements sent by wire transfer. However, a substitute participant is always welcome at no charge. If Mosaic is obliged to cancel the workshop for any reasons, liability is limited to reimbursement of workshop fees.
