You will be located in Didsbury, (often voted as one of the most popular places to live in Manchester) only a short walk from the vibrant shops, bars and restaurants of Didsbury village. You will also have access to excellent transport links to Manchester city centre and surrounding areas.
The post will involve leading on aspects of whole school policy with the specific responsibilities to reflect the strengths of the successful candidate; however these may include elements of Attendance, Behaviour or Safeguarding
You should:
•Be an experienced and outstanding leader.
•Have substantial experience of either Attendance, Behaviour or Safeguarding.
•Have excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
•Be a strategic thinker who is highly committed, motivated and ambitious
•Be passionate and knowledgeable about raising standards of achievement
•Possess the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate both students and colleagues to meet and exceed expectations.
•Have a positive attitude towards work and others
•Be fully supportive of the school’s Catholic Ethos
