Optus Mobile Data Connectivity Service

This Standard Pricing Table forms part of Optus’ Standard Form of Agreement pursuant to the Telecommunications Legislation.

This Standard Pricing Table for the following Optus Mobile Data Connectivity Service Options comprises the following appendices:

Appendix1– Optus Mobile Broadband Service Option

(Standard Pricing Table)

Optus will only supply the Optus Mobile Broadband ServiceOption at the rates set out in the Standard Pricing Tables below for each site if you choose a Committed Term of at least twelve months.

Appendix 2 – Service Option: Wireless IP VPN Service Option

Optus will only supply the Optus Mobile Broadband Service Option at the rates set out in the Standard Pricing Tables below for each site if you choose a Committed Term of at least twelve months.

ESTABLISHMENT CHARGES

An Establishment Charge per Wireless IP VPN service connection type will be applied on the invoice you receive in the first month following the Service Start Date as set out in Table 1.
