Supervisor calls meeting to order

Supervisor Boyar welcomes the Honorable Judge Frank LaBuda and Legislature Kathy LaBuda.
The Honorable Judge Frank LaBuda gives the Oath of Office to Supervisor Andrew Boyar, Councilman Frederick Bosch, Councilman James Gutekunst and Highway Superintendent.
1. MOTION BY Councilwoman Scully to set date time and place of Regular Town Board Meeting, second Tuesday of each month @ 7:00 PM, and the Work session for the first Tuesday of each month as needed, the Planning Board first Wednesday of each month @ 7: 30 PM of each month and the ZBA meeting the third Thursday @ 7:30 PM as needed.

2. MOTION BY Councilman Gutekunst to approve Compensation and Wage set forth by 2012 Budget seconded by Councilwoman Scully discussion motion carried all ayes
