· Add/Edit: Will ask for all the same information as currently in Tempo. Information types are categorizes in a menu at the top instead of one long continuous column. You will fill out one section, then click the next section at the top to continue.
o To change a listing status, you will choose Edit and then select “Change to __” and it will bring up a new page to enter the pertinent information.
o A mobile version will be shown when you login with your phone. You can override and choose full site to load the full version. By doing this you have access to all portions of MLS, and could actually enter an entire listing from your phone/tablet.
· My Matrix: “My Contacts” shows your last activity with them, their last login, and the items they’ve categorized in their portal. You can see a full list of their activating in the portal. Clients can run their own searches from the portal with full MLS access (consumer information only).

· Saved Searches: Saved in system for you to run when you’d like – all old searches from Tempo will default here.
· Auto Emails: Emails to automatically send to clients. You can open a saved search, go to settings, and turn into an auto email.
o If a search is not viewed within 30 days, it will auto-expire

o Subsequent emails will say “look what’s new”
o You can choose concierge mode here if you’d like to approve each email before it is sent
· Concierge: Lets the agent know there are new search matches for a client instead of sending straight to the client. Gives agent filtering/approval process before client receives an email.

· My Listings: Widget on homepage that shows your listings by category. A broker will see the whole office’s listings
· Search: Dropdown is intuitive and adds your most used answers in the dropdown instead of using a submenu.
o You can add/remove fields to/from the quick search
o Use Ctrl key to choose multiple items from dropdown box
o Hover over the (?) to see more information
o The bottom left corner of the page will show the # of search results as you enter criteria
o Bedroom criteria are automatically going to search for the number you enter, and MORE than that number. (If you enter 2, it will look for homes with 2 or more bedrooms)
o When searching by price, enter as $200+ for houses $200,000 and higher. Use $200- for homes $200,000 and lower. Use $200-300 for homes between those prices. Do not need to enter the 000s at the end.
o Searching for sold units uses the sold price, not the list price
o Search result columns can be moved around by clicking and dragging
o You can sort the result columns however you’d like
o Search results show a link to open the Google street view for a property
o You can select properties from the search results and email them straight from that page
o You can select multiple report types to print at once.
o If you want to route several properties to show a client, select them from the results then choose “driving directions” and it will automatically route them in the fastest order. You can add a starting address. It shows total distance – could be used for tax reporting purposes.
o To search by map, zoom in to desired area. You can click the gear to set a new default search area if you’d like (Hood County, Granbury, etc)
§ You can draw shapes to search an area. Can also draw a shape inside of a shape to exclude a certain area (ex. Near a highway, near the gate of a subdivision, etc)
