  1. To open the Lodge in Form.
  2. To confirm the minutes of the last regular meeting, as circulated, held 1st September 2017.
  3. To receive official guests.
  4. To present Grand Lodge certificates.
  5. To elect for the ensuing year (A) Worshipful Master (B) Treasurer, the only nomination for Master is Bro Ian Rayner and for Treasurer W/Bro Darren Lawrence. In accordance with the provision of rule 105a and 112a BOC and subject to no member present calling for a ballot, it is the intention to declare both elections in favour of the nominated brethren.
  6. To elect a Tyler for the ensuing year.
  7. To elect three members to serve on the General Purposes Committee
  8. To elect two Examiners for Lodge General Accounts.
  9. To elect two Examiners for Lodge Charity Accounts.
  10. To initiate Mr Paul Christian Spreyer, balloted at the meeting held 10th March 2017.

  1. To receive the Almoners report.
  2. To receive the Charity Stewards report and festival update.
  3. To receive a notice of motion from the Charity Steward a) That a sum of £500 is taken from the Benevolent fund and donated to Combat Stress, a charity which support ex-servicemen with mental health issues.

b) That a sum of £1000 is taken from the Benevolent fund and donated to Broadlands Riding for the Disabled, a charity which provides physio co-ordinated riding for disabled children and adults.

  3. To Close the Lodge in due form.
