INTRODUCTION- Provides a personal description of the student and focuses on the student’s overall spiritual development and behaviour (including information on attitudes, work habits, effort and social responsibility).
CORE COMPETENCIES
- The final summative report will include student self-assessment of core competencies with teacher support as appropriate for the student. As Core Competencies are integrated into the Curricular Competencies teachers will not assess them separately.
- A Check Box ⃞ is to be used to indicate that the student self-assessment of core competencies has been completed. A subset of check boxes will indicate which of the broad core competencies have been articulated by the student voice (⃞ 1. Communication;⃞ 2. Thinking;⃞ 3. Personal and Social)
- A statement indicating to parents where they can view the self-assessment (unless it is attached or embedded into the document).
