RUTH M. MINEAR EDUCATION Scholarship
As a recipient of the Ruth M. Minear Education Scholarship in your senior year of high school, you are eligible to apply for a renewal. You must be enrolled in a post-high school program (academic or vocational) for 2018-2019 and have a current GPA of 2.0 or better. The dollar amount will be determined later. As a past recipient of this scholarship, the Community Foundation of Wabash County would like to give you the opportunity to complete the following information. This would indicate your desire to be considered again for the scholarship award. Please complete the appropriate following information. Completing this application does not guarantee a renewal scholarship.
I do wish to reapply for the Ruth M. Minear Education Scholarship. Also, I understand that this is the only written notification for doing so, and I will submit the following renewal form by the appropriate date.

In submitting this application, I certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I meet the intent of the scholarship as stated in its guidelines. I understand that falsification of any information may result in the termination of a scholarship if one is granted to me. It remains my intent to pursue post-secondary education leading to a two- or four-year degree or a professional certification. I will continue to maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0/4.0 or its equivalent and remain enrolled full-time or part-time during the scholarship period.
