V. ESSAY: Since 2002, a Habitat/Access Stamp has been available for purchase in New York. Money raised from the sale of the Habitat/Access Stamp supports the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s efforts to improve fish and wildlife habitat and public access for fish and wildlife related recreation. Write an essay describing why everyone who hunts, fishes, or traps in New York should purchase a Habitat/Access Stamp.
