Country house famed for annual snowdrop displays wins Best Wedding Venue 2015 award
Hodsock Priory, a 19th century country house in north Nottinghamshire,now proudly boasts award winning status having won ‘Best Wedding Venue’ at the inauguralI Do Wedding Awards 2015.

The estate’s ‘secluded splendour’ motto is wholeheartedly endorsed by Hodsock Wedding couples and I Do Magazine readers. The I Do awards were voted for by the public and this method of judging means a great deal to the team at Hodsock.

George Buchanan, ninth generation owner and manager of Hodsock Priory said, “We’re incredibly proud to have won this award. From this amazing Best Wedding Venue accolade to commemorating our 250th year at Hodsock, this is a year of celebrations for a very hard working team.”

George has welcomed hundreds of wedding parties to his family home with the support of a truly dedicated team. Brides and grooms receive exclusive use of the house, accommodation and access to800 acres of formal gardens, woodland and countryside, with flexible and affordableall-inclusive wedding packages. Selected dates are still available in 2015/16including summertime.
