TIMES:7:30 A.M. – Varsity Girls

8:00 A.M. – Varsity Boys

8:30 A.M. – JV Girls

9:00 A.M. – JV Boys

The above times are guidelines. We will start the following race as soon

as it is safe and possible to do so. We will run as many races as

we can in the cooler temperature.

BE ADVISED: This course could be considered extremely challenging for some runners.

Meaning, it is not a flat course, there are hills and several areas with rough terrain and uneven surfaces. Varsity will be running into McAllister Park, please let your parents and runners know that only those running in the event at a given time will be allowed in the park, this also includes coaches. The Junior Varsity WILL NOT be running on the McAllister Course. Please view attached maps.

ENTRIES: Varsity competition:Limited to a maximum of seven competitors in each

Division.

JV competition: Only 15 runners will be timed through V Fit Productions. You may run an unlimited number of runners, but only 15 will receive official times. Coaches will be responsible to time all other runners. Schools may only enter one team per division.

Deadline to submit entries to V Fit Productions: 5:00 PM, ThursdayAugust. 17th. Submit the attached form.

PARKING: All Bus Parking will be on the westside across from the pool

MAPS:Maps are attached as well as on site. We will only run a 3 mile course.

CHECK-IN:Coaches should check-in and acquire necessary materials at the finish line located on the northwest end softball field.

TRAINER: The trainer will be located near the finish line as well as the entrance to McAllister

Park. See map at the meet.

FACILITIES:ALL COACHES, ATHLETES, AND SPECTATORS ARE ASKED TO PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THEIR TRASH.

TeamCamps can be set up under the middle of the park in the area of the volleyball courts. Coaches are expected to select the location, monitor, and supervise the cleanup of each teamcamp.

AWARDS:Varsity Divisions:

1. Medals for the first ten individual winners.
2. Medals for the team members of the first, second and third place teams.
3. Trophies for the first and second place teams.

AWARDS:JV Divisions:

1. Medals for the first ten individual winners.
2. Medals for the team members of the first, second and third place teams.
3. Trophy for the first place team.
