  1. Action Regarding Resolution03-21-17R1A resolution of the Village of Lyons, Cook County, Illinois authorizing a County of Cook No Cash Bid Program application to secure a tax certificate of purchase for the nonpayment of real estate taxes on a certain parcel of real property (vacant land). Motion made by Trustees Hilker, seconded by Marchiori.
