Third countries other than China, where Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) is known to be present:

(a) that the plants have been grown throughout their life in a place of production which is registered and supervised by the national plant protection organisation in the country of origin and situated in a pest-free area established by that organisation in accordance with relevant International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures. The name of the pest-free area shall be mentioned under the rubric “place of origin”;

Rhynchophorus ferrugineus - (Official Gazette N° 35/2009)

c) have during a period of at last one year prior to export, been grown in a place of production:

- which is registred and supervised by the national plant protection organisation in the country of origin, and

-where the plants were placed in a site with complete physical protection against the introduction of the red palm weevil or application of appropriate preventive treatments, and

- where during official inspections out at least every three months and immediately prior to export, no signs of the red palm weevil have been observed.

Gibberella circinnata – (Official Gazette N° 55/2009)

c) have been grown in a place of production where during official inspections carried out at period of two years prior to export no signs of Gibberella circinnata has been observed and the plants were tested immediately prior to export.

Phytophthora ramorum (Rhododendron spp. and Viburnum spp.)

The place of cultivation was inspected during the growing season of the plants an found free from pest disease Phytophthora ramorum.

Questa dichiarazione si riferisce alle piante più comuni del vivaismo pistoiese. Qualora la Packing List include anche altri vegetali sono da aggiungere anche riferimenti normative specifici di questi.
