DEER VALLEY ONLY – Online reservations for lift tickets

(not applicable for Silver Passport tickets)

Go to website:

·  http://travelpartner.deervalley.com/ (save in your favorites)

Log in:

·  Enter your user name – your email address

·  Enter password – ski!jf3311 (Password is case sensitive) (ski!, your initials and ext)

·  Click Submit

Create new reservation:

·  Enter start date (1st day of skiing, you may need to scroll down the page)

·  Select ticket type –

specific date (required for all holiday dates)

non-specific date (no particular day)

*If you have an order that includes both holiday and non-holiday tickets you must purchase specific day tickets.

·  Click Submit

Select Ticket Dates:

·  Enter skier name (first and last name)

·  Choose type (Adult, Child, Senior)

·  Click on EACH day your client will ski. Example, if your client wants to ski 6 days, you should have 6 green check marks. This will work for when crossing over seasons as well.

·  Click Add Skier if you have more than one skier (this will automatically default to the same ski days as the previous skier)

·  Click Submit when finished

Purchase Detail:

·  Enter LEAD first and last name

·  Enter Ski.com reservation #

·  Verify purchase summary at bottom of page. Make sure the grand total equals your net total in QRMS.

·  Click Submit

Edit Reservation:

·  Click on reservation you wish to edit.

·  Click on edit reservation

·  Edit as needed and press next

Billing Information:

·  Enter card type - Deer Valley Master Bill

·  Disregard all other fields

Reservation Detail:

·  Reprint, Email (yours or the client) or Cancel reservation

·  Guest Information not required to complete process

Print your confirmation and forward it onto you clients as it is needed to retrieve lift tickets. You will also receive an email confirmation if you entered your email address in the billing page.

·  The Deer Valley confirmation is required along with photo ID to receive tickets

To enter a new reservation click on the first tab at the top “Home” and create a new order. This screen will also reflect ONLY the reservations you have made.

To cancel a reservation click on the client name of the reservation.

·  Any changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance by the tour operator.

What you book is what you will pay for! We are billed from this system.

Early pick up available the day before the first day of skiing at Snow Park Ticket Office between 3 – 5 p.m.

**It is the agent’s responsibility to cancel the reservation if the client is canceling, and to inform the client of the 48 hour no –refund policy. When turning in voucher to void, please note the cancellation number on the voucher.

**You will need to sign in as each other to locate reservations when covering one another. Reservations are stored in each of your logins; there is no master for all bookings.
