This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
/ Scroll key: Used to select options on the active display
Home key: Pressing this key will return display to the PIN number and time/date screens
/ Backspace key: Used to backspace when entering data
/ Enter Key: Used to enter data and move to the next screen
/ Space key: Used to enter a space character when entering data
/ Alphanumeric keys: Used to enter data on display. Hold down key until desired character is on display. The release the key.

3.Default screen display
The default screen shows the system date and software version number for information purposes only. The enter pin n° screen is used by the operator to access the system to dispense fluid. The display screen will alternate between the system screen and the enter pin number screen. The enter pin n° screen will display for 4 seconds out of every 5 seconds.
To dispense fluid, the operator enters a valid 4-digit PIN number. The system will validate the PIN number to allow authorized users to access the system only.

Dispense order process
After a valid operator pin number is entered, the following screens form the dispense order process:
Job n°: Enter the job or work order number: This may be alphanumeric and up to 16 digits. The job or work order number is validated by the PC/host.

Action:
Enter the 16-digit alphanumeric work order number and press Enter to move to next screen.
The next two optional screens are only displayed if the settings for registration and mileage are set to YES in the configuration menu.

(Optional) alphanumeric free field: Forexample, enter the registration or license plate number of the vehicle.

Action:
Enter the up to 10 alphanumeric characters and press Enter to move to next screen.
(Optional) numeric field: For example, enter the current mileage on the vehicle.

Enter the numeric current mileage of vehicle and press Enter to move to the next screen.
Hose: Enter a valid hose/meter number for the dispense.
•This number will be from 1-99 and only valid hose numbers will be accepted. Only hoses associated with the dispense keypad can be selected.
•If an incorrect hose number is entered, the display will remain on this screen.
•If there is an on going dispense already in process with the hose, a new dispense order for that hose will not be accepted.
•The system will validate that the hose selected is the correct fluid for the job or work order.

Action:
Enter a hose number that has been previously created through the initialization menu and press enter
Product: The keypad will automatically display the fluid type associated with the hose previously selected. There is no data entry for this screen.

This screen is displayed for user information.
It is display during 3 seconds and it goes to quantity.

Quantity: The quantity from the job or work order will be displayed.
•Quantity may be from 0.0-99.9 and 100-999.
•There may be only one digit after the decimal point.
•Dispensed quantities from 100-999 will be in count down mode.
•A quantity of 0.0 will put the RF meter in a free-dispense mode, the RF meter will not latch and the user may dispense fluid as long as the trigger is manually held in the open position. The user must press RESET on the RF meter to exit this dispense and communicate the dispense order to the keypad.

Press the Enter key to confirm the dispense. Press HOME to cancel order and return to the main screen.
System messages on keypad
Wrong hose for fluid / The meter selected is not a valid meter for the fluid assigned for this WO.Radio communication / System communciation is in progress, please wait.
Master/host is down / The serial connection fo the communications is currently not available.
Hose affected
Hot hose reset / Please press the Reset button on the meter to accept a dispense order.
Keypad interface error / The meter has a WO on process. Please complete this WO or press reset on the meter to reset the status.
Key hose Int Err
Reset on hose / An error occurred during communications to the meter, please press reset on the meter to retry the communications.
Pending WO
Please res. hose / The meter has already been selected for a dispense. Complete the dispense or reset the hose status to continue.
Hose has ongoing WO / The hose has a WO in process. Please complete this WO or press rest on the meter to rest the hose status.

The following are error messages that can be displayed by the keypad and the associated action that should occur to reset the system.
“KEY HOSE INTRESET ON HOSE” / A communications error occurred between the keypad and meter.
ACTION: Press RESET on the meter.
“KEYPAD ERROR” / An error occurred in the keypad.
ACTION: Press RESET on the meter to recover data.
“HOSE AFFECTED
HIT HOSE RESET” / The selected meter currently has a dispense order in processor waiting to be processed, complete the active order.
ACTION: The user should clear out the requested dispense by selecting MET in the Supervisor Menu.
