Dear Exhibitor
The annual convention of the Association of Private Education will be held on Wednesday 18, Thursday 19 and Friday,20 February 2015 at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan.
We invite you to participate in the island most complete exhibition of educational services, materials and equipment used in our institutions, to be held during the above mentioned days.
Ours is the only Association whose membership is comprised of all kind of religious, lay and military institutions from all levels in the educational field, thus, participating in this activity will be of great benefit to your company. Our convention will give you the unique opportunity of directcontact with those responsible for purchasing materials, books, and/or equipment and all kinds of services.
A limited number of spaces are available; for this reason we urge you to inform us your decision without delay. The cost of each booth is $1,200including one ticket for our luncheon on Thursday and Friday, (additional lunch $45.00 per person), one table (2’ x 4’) and two chairs. As soon as we receive your booth Application, your signed Conditions and Schedules form with your payment, we will reserve a space for your company. We will take in consideration the date your application was postmarked.
Please return the enclosed Booth Application, Conditions and Schedules forms along with your payment and Contract at your earliest convenience. We hope to see you soon.
