Lucia Gradinariu brings to her customers over twenty years of combined IT, Networks and Communication Services experience acquired while holding senior technical and management positions with Internet Services Providers and IT vendors, working in Data Center Operations, Client Consulting, Product Development and Business Strategy.

Lucia has pioneered multimedia communications over IP and built web conferencing tools in the early 90’s for the Research and Academia Internet backbone in France. Between 1998 and 2006, she consulted on large database customer accounts at Oracle and developed Oracle’s first Service Delivery Platform offering for Service Providers across the world, through partner integrations, initiating new strategies for IT vendors to compete more profitably in the telecommunications sector. She joined CA to drive its solutions strategy for Communications, Media and Entertainment industries developing cross Business Units collaborations and strategic partnerships to match customer demands and generate revenue in new areas: management of convergent services and customer experience with service delivery across value chains.

With a strong portfolio of global business and expertise in Information and Communications Technologies, Lucia started a vendor independent, IT&Telecom consulting practice - LGG Solutions, LLC - where she helps clients to de-risk their technology related business decisions or to find opportunities and identify resources with which they can better compete in markets for ICTs. She also collaborates as analyst and editor with The Moriana Group and contributes as advisor to industry organizations such as TeleManagement Forum and OASIS.

A frequent speaker, writer and educator on Telecom Services Layer and Enterprise IT, Lucia holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in Electronics and Telecommunications from Technical University of Iasi, Romania, also a MS and PhD in Computer Sciences from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, Lyon, France and is pursuing a Management and Leadership curriculum at MIT Sloan School of Management.
