Project Purpose: Project PARTNER is a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) project to center youth voices and experiences patient-centered outcomes research and comparative effectiveness research (PCOR/CER) by viewing adolescents as valued, equal, and respected partners and building their capacity to engage in health care communication and shared decision making while simultaneously improving their understanding of health issues impacting adolescent development, health, and well-being through development of empowered youth and allied adult partnerships. PARTNER is a CQI project to evaluate the necessary and appropriate context, people, and processes for curriculum design, that will occur in concert with curriculum implementation and evaluation.
