RELAYS
Hoop Relay- hoop on pool floor ( 1.2m)Hoops are placed in their lanes halfway up the pool on pool floor 1.2m deep. Pupils swim front crawl to the hoop where they do a surface dive through the hoop and then swim to end. Touch wall before next swimmer goes / 1.

Footy relay- kick on back and scull
Swimmer has ball between feet, on back, sculling head first / 1.

Freestyle Relay
Swim any stroke. Must touch the wall before outgoing swimmer leaves / 1.

Ten pin Relay
Swim/walk with a ball to mid way up the pool, throw ball with one hand at target, retrieve ball and swim to end. Pass ball to next swimmer. Only 2 swimmers throw ball / 1.

Balancing Relay
Swim/walk with a float on head for one length, passing float to next swimmer. / 1.

Large Float Relay
Lie on large float, use arms and legs to propel the length of pool. hand large float to next swimmer / 1.
