Seventy-fourth. All of Charles City County; part of Henrico County comprised of the Adams (201), Antioch (501), Azalea (202), Cedar Fork (502), Chamberlayne (207), Chickahominy (503), Donahoe (504), Elko (507), Fairfield (208), Glen Lea (209), Greenwood (210), Highland Gardens (211), Highland Springs (508), Hollybrook (212), Hungary (213), Laburnum (509), Longdale (214), Maplewood (215), Nine Mile (513), Pleasants (514), Randolph (219), Wilder (222), and Yellow Tavern (223) Precincts and parts of the Belmont (203), Brookland (204), and Moody (216) Precincts; and part of the City of Richmond comprised of the 301 (301) Precinct.
Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.
The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.
A. Part of Henrico County contained within a line described as follows:
- Beginning at the intersection of the Henrico County—New Kent County—Charles City County boundaries:
- clockwise southwest on the Henrico County—Charles City County boundary to Charles City Road (County Road 600)
- west on Charles City Road to Elko Road (State Route 156)
- north on Elko Road to Hines Road
- west .87 miles on Hines Road to an unnamed stream
- north .58 miles on the unnamed stream to an unnamed lake and a point .28 miles south of the CSX Railroad
- west through the lake to White Oak Swamp Creek
- northwest on White Oak Swamp Creek and its continuation as an unnamed stream, crossing north of the CSX Railroad twice and crossing I-295, to Beulah Road
- north on Beulah Road to Treva Road
- east on Treva Road to Seabury Avenue
- north on Seabury Avenue to East Huntsman Road
- west on East Huntsman Road to Sandston Avenue
- north on Sandston Avenue to East Williamsburg Road (State Routes 33 and 156)
- west on East Williamsburg Road to East Nine Mile Road (State Route 33)
- north on East Nine Mile Road to Howard Street
- northeast on Howard Street to Seven Pines Avenue
- northwest on Seven Pines Avenue to Defense Avenue
