This web version of the IEEE PES Charles Concordia Power System Engineering Award nomination form is provided for the convenience of potential nominators and other interested parties.

Transmission of Forms -Nominations should be sent via Microsoft WORD or PDF files. This includes all forms and letters. Please transmit the nomination forms and letters by email attachment to the committee chair listed at the top of the next page.

Adhere to Space Limitations for Copy – Please confine all copy to the basic Nomination Form. All statements must be limited to the space provided for each item. Addenda are not permitted and will not be reviewed by the Committee.

Frequency

One per year.If no suitable candidate is proposed in a given year, the award will not be presented for that year.

PES, being one of IEEE’s Organizational Units, follows IEEE Policy 4.4H.

  • Eligibility and Process Limitations. Individuals serving on any board or committee involved at any stage of the recipient selection or approval process for an award shall be ineligible to receive, or act as a nominator or reference for that award. This conflict of interest limitation shall apply to all awards given by the IEEE or any of its organizational units.
