Technical Specifications:

The contractor will provide Cherokee Nation Entertainment with a fireworks display, for a maximum of $7500 per show, on July 4th, 2017 (rain date July 5th, 2017) and September 3, 2016 (No Rain Date, in case of rain then show will just be canceled) in Tahlequah, OK. Each show will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. (At Dark) and last 20 minutes. July 4th show will be at the Rodeo grounds, September 3rd show will be in the field behind the casino.

In the event that displays cannot be held on both the original and rain date for the displays, a new display date can be selected in the month of July will be selected at no additional cost to Cherokee Nation Entertainment.

The following are the minimum specifications necessary for the pyrotechnic fireworks show for Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Tahlequah, OK. Specifications include:

·  Approximately 20 minutes pyrotechnic aerial fireworks show.

·  Display shall be electronically fired aerial (high level only) fireworks used in an original manner.

·  Bid responses should include a detailed proposal outlining the program to be presented. The proposal should include the exact number, description, and size of the shells to be used in each segment of the presentation (Opening, Main body, and Grand Finale) with a show intensity of shells shot every two (2) seconds from multiple locations with no black sky (i.e. lapse of no more than 2 seconds between shells).

·  Fireworks show shall consist of the following minimum shell sizes:

o  Opening

§  3” Opening Salutes

o  Main Body

§  Variety of shells to keep sky full (no black sky)

o  Grand Finale

§  Variety of shells larger than 4” and cakes

·  All bidders must provide licensed fireworks operators and with their own set up and clean-up crew. Bid price will include delivery, set up, and clean-up of the shooting area. In addition, bid price includes a sweep of the area where the shells were fired, as well as the entire fallout area where the exploded shells fall, and a search for unexploded shells. The contractor shall be responsible to return to the show site and remove any unexploded shells located by CNE personnel.

·  It is the responsibility of the bidder to read all instructions and specifications. Bidder shall not make any changes in the job scope under these instructions and specifications without a written change notice.

·  Bidder is responsible for security of all materials and equipment upon arrival to the site.

·  CNE to provide adequate crowd security as required by local fire authority

·  In your proposal please list at least two shows you have created and displayed and provide at least two (2) references, proof of insurance, current licensing and/or permits.
