Expository Writing Assignment

Assignment: Write an expository essay about a popular vacation site. Your job is to inform the reader about this destination. Include facts about the history, popular tourist attractions, food, or culture.

Guidelines: The paper should be at least five paragraphs. The suggested topics should be covered (history, tourist attractions, food/culture). A standard font should not exceed size 12. No cursive fonts please. The paper should be free of pictures, except the Appendix. Please do not include more than five pictures in the Appendix section.

Please use the Cobb Virtual Library resources to gather facts. Do not use Wikipedia as a resource.
