The BPA is a Business Practices Assessment Tool created to measure business practices not just employee satisfaction. The tool is anchored by what we call the Tri-Fecta Index made up of three dependent variables.

Our healthcare database is currently made up of over 300 healthcare organizations, 16 of which are Employer of Choice recipients.

This scores a total of ~500,000 individual responses in the healthcare databasewith a grand mean average of 3.70 (67.42) and EOC average of 4.06 (76.41). Our database is made up of organizations from all regions of the lower 48 states without exception. The database is validated every 18 months and is updated every six months based on incoming data.

Our Workforce Metrics tool on the Healthcareps.com website is updated every 18 months and is a valid sampling of over 500 healthcare organizations over a four year period of time and makes up a valid sample ( >1,000 responses) for all depts. and positions displayed. If a dept or position is not displayed, then the next best comparison is always available. This tool is in pdf format as well as interactive.

Our basic reporting structure is a standard package:

  • Real-time reporting of response count per dept (this is for online only and is not final, a data cleaning process needs to take place before we finalized counts)*
  • Benchmark report for the entire organization against our Healthcare Database made up of over 300 organizations over the past two years. *
  • Benchmark report for Facilities or locations based on the same Healthcare Database.*
  • Organizational Eye Chart*
  • General Facility and Overall reports displaying (counts, scores normalized to a 100pt scale, response distribution, demographic data)*
  • High Level Report that calculates using correlation and regression analysis of outcome indicators
  • Demographic reports that display (counts, scores normalized to 100 pt scale, response distribution)*
  • Cost Center reports that display (counts, scores normalized to 100 pt scale, response distribution)*
  • Open feedback broken out by cost center in an excel spreadsheet. (pdf or word reports of the open feedback entails a small fee of $250)*

This may total over 500 pdf reports available through a browser link and email. This is our standard package for the Business Practices Assessment. We will entertain other reports upon request and individual needs with little to no cost, depending upon the request.
