Remote Access Connecting to Your Desktop
These instructions describe how to log on to remote access using a Windows XP PC. When you are done you will be presented with a windows desktop and have access to your files and applications.
Before you begin:
Make sure that the Network Administrator has set you up for remote access
The computer you are using must be connected to the Internet with a high speed connection.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1)Connect to the Internet. For Instructions on connecting to the Internet please see “Remote Access Connecting to the Internet”
2)Open Internet Explorer (or other web browser)
3)Go to
- Go to the Address Bar and type
- Press the Enter key or click Go.
4)After the Sartori Intranet Homepage appears click on the Remote Access link in the middle of the page.

5)If this is the first time you used a non-Sartori Company’ computer for remote access. You will be prompted to install a Citrix Plug-in:
- Check the small box to accept the license agreement and then click Install.
- Click Run at the security warning.
- Click Run at the second security warning.
- If you receive a message at the top of your browser saying “The website wants to run the following add-on…” right-click on it and select Run.
- Click Run at the Active X security warning.
- Click OK when the installation is complete.
6)On the Sartori Company Application Portal Logon page enter your network username and password in the boxes provided as shown below.
7)Click on the Desktops tab, and then click Desktop Full Screen to be presented with a windows desktop that will function just as if you were in the office. It will cover your whole screen.
8)When you are done using remote access click the Start button then Log Off.
